IDOM – Involvement, Opportunity, Identity
Every career, like every mountain, has many routes to the summit, and at IDOM Merebrook, we believe that we have one of the most rewarding, speedy and scenic routes available.
INVOLVEMENT – At IDOM Merebrook we are small enough to operate a genuine open door policy. We achieve this by not having doors: our offices are open plan with senior managers and directors desks in the general pool. This encourages openness, approachability and dialogue across the organisation.
Since Covid Lockdown in 2019 we have practiced hybrid working but have regular meetings via Teams to keep in touch, help each other and air any problems.
From the moment you start, your opinion and your input are valued and considered on a daily basis; you have access to decision makers and the opportunity to make a genuine difference.
OPPORTUNITY – Our company strategy feeds directly into departmental and personal planning and training in a streamlined and transparent way providing excellent staff engagement and offering opportunities for career development.
IDENTITY – Because our staff are engaged and feel part of the business they each have a vested interest in the running of the company as an association of professionals for the good of all. Everyone is encouraged to express their individuality through the development of the business in new ways, new markets or new services. People with initiative, individuality and drive do well. If you have a good idea you will be positively encouraged and supported to run with it.
To apply for any of the opportunities, take a look at our current vacancies and please send a cover letter and CV to info.derbyshire@idom.com or by post to;
