INVOLVEMENT – At IDOM Merebrook we are small enough to operate a genuine open door policy. We achieve this by not having doors: our offices are open plan with senior managers and directors desks in the general pool. This encourages openness, approachability and dialogue across the organisation.
Since Covid Lockdown in 2019 we have practiced hybrid working but have regular meetings via Teams to keep in touch, help each other and air any problems.

Documentation required for interview
It is a legal requirement that we ask all interviewees to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK. You must also provide original academic qualifications, professional memberships, driving licence, CSCS card (if held) and examples of work (as required by the role).
